About Electronic Notification
This service provides electronic notification when the Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality schedules meetings, solicits comments, or disseminates information concerning the development of Louisiana's state plan to regulate carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions from existing fossil fuel-fired electric generating units. This plan is required by EPA's Clean Power Plan, promulgated on October 23, 2015.
