This service will provide electronic notification when a General Circular, Human Resources Handbook Notification or a transmittal is issued. General Circulars give notice of rule proposals, holidays and other information. Handbook Notifications and Transmittals are used by human resources staff to stay current with Civil Service policies on various issues, and to update the rule book.
